§ 18-22. Cessation of contributions.

Latest version.

The contributions required of a member under this article shall cease upon:
(1)

Service retirement.

(2)

Disability retirement.

(3)

Death.

(4)

Other termination of employment.

(5)

With regard to general employees only, the completion of thirty (30) years of credited service.
